VALID FOR BUSINESSES (for terms and conditions valid for consumers, see below).
1. Scope of application and retrievability
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between customers, clients, course participants and/or information recipients (individually or jointly hereinafter referred to as "Customer") (i) who are domiciled in Europe, Russia, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Mauritania, Mali, Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Senegal, Mauritius, Madagascar or Seychelles, and vet-webinar GmbH, Argentinierstrasse 43, 1040 Vienna, Austria or (ii) between customers with other than the aforementioned registered offices and vet-webinar pty ltd, Noosa Heads, 4567 QLD, Australia, ABN: 71 606 571 457, (hereinafter vet-webinar GmbH and / or vet-webinar pty ltd, individually or collectively "VET-WEBINAR") in respect of the services offered online by VET-WEBINAR. VET-WEBINAR offers its services to both consumers and entrepreneurs. The present GTC apply exclusively to entrepreneurs. "Entrepreneur" in the sense of these GTC is therefore any person for whom the legal transaction concluded or to be concluded with VET-WEBINAR is part of the operation of his business. "Company" is to be understood in the sense of the consumer protection laws. 1.2.
1.2 The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order (see point 3.1.) by the customer shall apply. Any amendments or overrides of the GTC by the customer or the customer's conditions are only valid and effective in writing, signed by the VET-WEBINAR management.

2.1 VET-WEBINAR is a company specialising in the delivery of interactive and online "live" webinars ("Webinars") or e-learning courses and the provision of data by streaming and/or download (hereinafter individually or collectively referred to as "Download") for continuing education in the veterinary, medical or general fields.
2.2 By default, participation in a webinar takes place via connection of the customer by means of his computer. By downloading the corresponding app, the client may also participate in the webinars using his/her smartphone and/or tablet. The customer acknowledges that at least the following system requirements must be met by the customer in order for VET WEBINAR to provide its services properly: support.goto.com/webinar/system-check-attendee. In the webinar itself, the customer sees the presentation belonging to the lecture and at the same time hears the lecturer (renowned specialists from Germany and abroad) live.
2.3 In addition to the non-downloadable webinars, VET-WEBINAR provides digital content in the form of, for example, lecture notes.
3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The conclusion of the contract for the services offered by VET-WEBINAR shall be effected by offer and acceptance. With regard to the information provided on the internet platforms of VET-WEBINAR, the customer can register for participation in the webinars on the specified dates or order a download ("offer") by means of online forms provided. For the effect of the customer's registered office see point 1.1. and point 6. After receipt of payment by means of the payment method chosen by the customer (credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer) and any condition of available seminar places (see point 4.), VET-WEBINAR shall send the customer an electronic order confirmation together with these GTC to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of the offer ("acceptance") in order to accept the offer. The technical confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance.
4. Explanations on the registration and ordering process
4.1 Orders for VET-WEBINAR services are placed exclusively via the online forms available on the VET-WEBINAR internet platforms.
4.2 Ordering individual webinars: The following technical steps lead to a binding and chargeable registration: The customer selects the desired webinar from WEBINAR LIVE or Webinar ARCHIVE by clicking on the button "ADD TO BASKET". The customer then has the option of adding further webinars to their registration list ("CONTINUE TO BUY"), or to continue with the booking process ("CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT"). Now the customer must register or log in. Then the customer will be informed about the payment options (e.g. credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer). In the next step, in the booking process, the customer data are mandatory. For the effect of the customer's domicile, see point 1.1. and point 6. Furthermore, the customer can register for the newsletter there. After clicking on the button "Continue with registration", the customer can select the payment method. By clicking on "Continue with registration", the customer receives a list of all booked webinars including details, whereby the customer has the possibility to correct any incorrect entries or add comments. The binding registration, which is subject to a fee, is submitted by the customer after accepting the GTC by clicking on "BUY NOW". The customer is then (a) redirected to the corresponding payment page if the payment methods credit card or Paypal are selected or (b) redirected to a page with the required account data if the payment method "Sofort-Überweisung" is selected; VET-WEBINAR accepts no liability for the content of these external pages. As soon as the registration / order has been received on the server of VET-WEBINAR, the customer will receive an automated technical confirmation of receipt. VET-WEBINAR is entitled to refuse acceptance of the offer without giving reasons. This is particularly because the number of participants in each webinar is limited and seminar places are allocated according to the time of receipt of registrations, or a webinar does not take place if the minimum number of participants stated in each case is not reached two days before the date of the respective webinar.
If payment is received on time, VET-WEBINAR will send the customer a link to register for the webinar at least 30 minutes before the start of the webinar to the e-mail address provided in the order form. The customer acknowledges and agrees that the webinars may be activated in English and that he/she will receive a direct link to the webinar after clicking on "Register Now". The webinar itself will start at the time specified in the order form. Each customer receives an individual link for their participation in the webinar. The link cannot be shared with a third party. If this link is shared with a third party, the customer will be excluded from participation in the webinar.
4.3 Ordering bundle webinars: VET-WEBINAR offers 5+1 webinar packages each with a twelve-month validity period (individual or joint bundle webinars). The following technical steps lead to a binding and chargeable offer for bundle webinars: The customer selects the 5+1 action in the price models by clicking the "BUY NOW" button. In the next step of the order process, the customer data must be provided before registration. For the effect of the customer's domicile, see point 1.1. and point 6. Furthermore, the customer can register for the newsletter there. After clicking on the button "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" the customer must log in or register and the customer can select the method of payment. By clicking on "CONTINUE PURCHASING", the customer receives a list of all bundle webinars to be ordered, including details, whereby the customer has the opportunity to correct any incorrect entries. The binding and chargeable order is placed by the customer after accepting the GTC by clicking on "BUY NOW". Then the customer (a) is forwarded to the corresponding payment page when selecting the payment methods credit card or Paypal. VET-WEBINAR does not assume any liability for the contents of these external pages (see points 2. and 11. of the GTC) or (b) if the payment method "Sofort-Überweisung" is selected, the customer is redirected to a page with required account data. As soon as the order has been received on the server of VET-WEBINAR, the customer receives an automated technical confirmation of receipt including a credit code. VET-WEBINAR is entitled to refuse acceptance of the offer without giving reasons.
Retrieving bundle webinars: The technical steps and conditions apply as for individual webinars (see above), except that instead of specifying the payment method, the credit codes are entered according to the previously purchased bundle webinar, i.e. no further payment process takes place. Please note that the number of participants for each webinar is limited and that seminar places are allocated according to the time of receipt of registrations, or a webinar will not take place if the minimum number of participants specified in each case is not reached two days before the date of the respective webinar. VET-WEBINAR shall send the customer a link to the participation registration form to the e-mail address provided in the bundle webinar no later than 30 minutes before the start of the webinar.
4.4 Ordering the subscription ("All inclusive" or "Annual Payment" flat rate): If offered on the platform, the following technical steps lead to a binding and chargeable order of the subscription: The customer selects the subscription by clicking on the "BUY NOW" button under "All inclusive" or "Annual Payment" on the PRICE MODELS site. The customer then has the option to add more webinars to their subscription list ("CONTINUE PURCHASING"), or to continue with the booking process ("CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT"). Now the customer must register or log in. Then the customer will be informed about the payment options (credit card). In the next step, in the booking process, the customer data are mandatory. For the effect of the customer's domicile, see point 1.1. and point 6. After clicking on the button "CONTINUE", the customer is shown the possible payment method for this product. By clicking on "CONTINUE" the customer receives an overview of all details, whereby the customer has the possibility to correct any incorrect entries. The binding subscription order, which is subject to a charge, is placed by the customer after accepting the GTC by clicking on "BUY NOW". The customer is then forwarded to the corresponding payment page. VET-WEBINAR accepts no liability for the content of these external sites. As soon as the registration/order has been received on the server of VET-WEBINAR, the customer will receive an automated technical confirmation of receipt. As soon as the credit card charge is confirmed by the payment provider on the VET-WEBINAR server, all products included in the subscription are free of charge and can be booked as described under 4.2. VET-WEBINAR is entitled to refuse acceptance of the offer without giving reasons. This is particularly because the number of participants in each live webinar is limited and seminar places are allocated according to the time of receipt of registrations, or a webinar does not take place if the minimum number of participants specified in each case is not reached two days before the date of the respective webinar.
When subscriptions are ordered for the first time, the minimum contract period is 12 months and can then be terminated by the customer in writing (office@vet-webinar.com) at any time with a notice period of 4 weeks. After 12 months, the "All Inclusive" subscription is automatically extended by four weeks, the "Annual Payment" subscription is automatically extended by 12 months. After termination of the subscription, the customer only has access to the invoices and certificates of the webinars obtained via the subscription.
4.5 The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him/her is correct so that e-mails sent by VET-WEBINAR can be received at this address at any time. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer has to ensure that all e-mails sent by VET-WEBINAR or by third parties commissioned by VET-WEBINAR with the execution of the contract, such as in particular GoToWebinar, can be delivered. The customer undertakes to inform VET-WEBINAR immediately in writing of any changes to his delivery address. Legally relevant declarations are to be delivered to the customer at the last known address. This means that delivery is also deemed to have been effected if the customer has changed his e-mail address without informing VET-WEBINAR accordingly.
5. Cancellation
Cancellations of orders are only possible with the prior written consent of VET-WEBINAR and are always fully chargeable.
6. Prices and delay
6.1 All prices quoted by VET-WEBINAR are shown in such a way that the gross price is clearly visible and the net price is easily ascertainable. The customer has to prove lack of fault. VET-WEBINAR reserves the right to assert further claims for damages.
6.3 For registrations within the last 7 days before the live webinar, the participation fee must be received in our account at least 24 hours before the start of the live webinar, which is why VET-WEBINAR generally advises against instant bank transfers and cannot accept any liability for the transfer speed of the participating banks.
7. Programme changes
7.1 VET-WEBINAR reserves the right to change dates, starting times, speakers and seminar content, in particular due to legal regulations and for important reasons. The webinar participants will be informed immediately and in an appropriate manner. 7.2.
7.2 If, for whatever reason, a webinar cannot take place after two replacement dates, the participation fee will be refunded by VET-WEBINAR without deductions by way of the original customer payment. Further claims against VET-WEBINAR (e.g. travel costs, loss of earnings, etc.) are excluded. In the case of bundle webinars, the amount foregone will be credited back to the bundle webinar.
8. Complaints, warranty and release from liability

THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE USE IS EXCLUSIVELY AT THE USER'S OR INFORMATION RECIPIENT'S OWN RISK AND THEREFORE ANY LIABILITY - UNLESS MANDATORY LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE - IS EXCLUDED. By downloading the corresponding app, the Customer can also participate in the webinars using his/her smartphone and/or tablet. The consumer acknowledges that the following minimum system requirements must be met by the customer in order for VET WEBINAR to provide the service properly: support.goto.com/webinar/system-check-attendee. 2.3 In addition to the non-downloadable webinars, VET-WEBINAR provides digital content in the form of, for example, lecture notes.
3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The conclusion of the contract for the services offered by VET-WEBINAR is effected by offer and acceptance. With regard to the information provided on the VET-WEBINAR internet platforms, the customer can register for participation in the webinars on the specified dates or order a download ("offer") by means of the online forms provided. For the effect of the customer's registered office see point 1.1. and point 5. After receipt of the payment by means of the payment method chosen by the customer (credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer) and any condition of available seminar places (see point 4.2.), VET-WEBINAR shall send the customer an electronic order confirmation together with these GTC to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of the offer ("acceptance") in order to accept the offer. The technical confirmation of receipt of the order is not an acceptance. 4.
4. Explanations of the registration and ordering process
4.1 The order of the services of VET-WEBINAR takes place exclusively via the online forms which can be called up on the internet platforms of VET-WEBINAR.
Then the customer will be informed about the payment options (credit card, Paypal or instant bank transfer).
Each customer receives an individual link for their participation in the webinar; the link cannot be shared with a third party; if this link is shared with a third party, the customer will be excluded from participation in the webinar.
VET-WEBINAR will send the customer a link to the participation registration form to the e-mail address provided in the bundle webinar no later than 30 minutes before the start of the webinar.
After 12 months, the "All Inclusive" subscription is automatically extended by four weeks and teh "Annual Payment" subscription is automatically extended by 12 months. After termination of a subscription, the customer only has access to the invoices and certificates of the webinars obtained via the subscription.
Thus, delivery shall be deemed to have been effected even if the customer has changed his e-mail address without informing VET-WEBINAR accordingly.

VET-WEBINAR can also claim compensation for other damages caused by the consumer and incurred by VET-WEBINAR, in particular the necessary costs of appropriate out-of-court enforcement or collection measures, as far as these are in a reasonable relation to the claim pursued.
5.3 For registrations within the last 7 days before the live webinar, the participation fee must be received in our account at least 24 hours before the start of the live webinar, which is why VET-WEBINAR generally advises against instant bank transfers and cannot accept any liability for the transfer speed of the banks involved.
6 Right of withdrawal and cancellation
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the legal right to withdraw from his order within fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract (see point 3.1.) without giving reasons - exceptions see below. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, any declaration by the consumer, if possible by e-mail, which clearly states that he/she wishes to withdraw from the contract, is sufficient. The withdrawal must be sent to the contact details under point 2. The withdrawal deadline is met if the declaration is sent within this period. If the model form is used, VET-WEBINAR will immediately send the consumer a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal declaration by VET-WEBINAR by e-mail.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
According to the law, the consumer has no right of withdrawal from contracts for a webinar if VET-WEBINAR - on the basis of the consumer's order/offer as well as a confirmation by the consumer of the consumer's knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the case of complete fulfilment of the contract - had started the webinar before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the webinar was then completely fulfilled.
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal in the case of contracts for the delivery of digital content not stored on a physical data carrier (i.e. downloads within the meaning of point 2) if VET-WEBINAR - on the basis of the consumer's order/offer and confirmation by the consumer of his knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal in the event of premature commencement of performance of the contract - had commenced performance of the service/provision of the download before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If the consumer justifiably withdraws from the contract before the start of the use of a webinar, i.e. in particular within the withdrawal period, VET-WEBINAR shall refund all payments made by the consumer to the account of the deposit at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. If the consumer withdraws from the contract on the participation in a webinar justifiably, i.e. in particular within the withdrawal period, after the performance of the contract has begun, the consumer shall pay VET-WEBINAR an amount which, in comparison with the contractually agreed total price, corresponds proportionately to the services provided by VET-WEBINAR until the withdrawal. In the case of downloads which are provided on the offer/order of the consumer within the withdrawal period, no right of withdrawal applies, so that no consequences are to be presented.
End of the right of withdrawal
Outside of the right of withdrawal, cancellations of orders are only possible with the prior written consent of VET-WEBINAR and are always fully chargeable.

7.1 VET-WEBINAR reserves the right to change dates, starting times, speakers and seminar content, in particular due to legal regulations and for important reasons. Webinar participants will be informed of these changes immediately and in an appropriate manner.

Further claims against VET-WEBINAR (e.g. travel costs, loss of earnings, etc.) are excluded. In the case of bundle webinars, the amount foregone will be credited back to the bundle webinar.
